Common questions
Do I pay more by booking through you?
No. We earn commission from hotels, airlines, and cruise lines—the same price you'd pay booking direct. In many cases, we have access to preferred rates or perks (room upgrades, onboard credit) that aren't available to the public.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We handle all changes and cancellations on your behalf. Cancellation policies vary by supplier (hotel/airline/cruise), but we'll walk you through the options and fees before you book. All packages are ATOL protected if the supplier goes bankrupt.
Are you available during my trip if something goes wrong?
Yes. Email us anytime (hello@boyfriendswhotravel.com) and we'll respond within a few hours. Flight delayed? Hotel room not ready? We'll contact the supplier and sort it out so you can focus on enjoying your trip.
Why should I trust you over a big online booking site?
We're LGBTQ+ travelers ourselves. We've stayed in every hotel we recommend, sailed on the cruises we sell, and attended the Pride events we book. Booking.com doesn't tell you which hotels have genuinely inclusive staff or which rooms have the best views of the parade route. We do.
What's your refund policy?
Refund policies are set by the hotel/airline/cruise line, not us. Most hotels offer free cancellation 24-72 hours before check-in. Flights are typically non-refundable but can be changed for a fee. Cruises have tiered cancellation fees (closer to sailing = higher fee). We'll explain all policies before you book.
